1. General These Terms of Business apply to all orders and transactions between you (the Buyer) and Global Furniture (the Seller). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 2. Product Selection and Orders Products are selected by model code (e.g., D1, B1). Buyers must confirm specifications, including color, size, quantity, delivery address, and delivery method with us via email at sale@globalfurni.com. 3. Pricing and Payment All prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise agreed). Payment terms: 30% advance payment (T/T) upon signing contract. 70% balance paid before shipment (T/T). No production will begin until advance payment is received. 4. Delivery and Risk We offer delivery under standard INCOTERMS (e.g., FOB, CIF). Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier under agreed INCOTERMS terms. 5. Production Lead Time Production begins after receipt of advance payment and confirmation of all order details. Lead time varies by product and order size and will be stated in the contract. 6. Inspection and Claims Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt. Claims regarding defects or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. 7. Warranty We warrant that our products meet agreed specifications. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. 8. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions. 9. Governing Law These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. 10.
